1. What does GNV Designs do?
                 Whether it is an e-commerce store front, online portfolio, or social media related. We are here to help you create, set up, and manage your online presence and social media. We also offer Digital Ad and Digital Invitation services as well. For examples of each, click here.

2. What online website platforms do you work on?
                  Currently, I only work on Shopify and Showit Any website projects that you book must be for one of these platforms. Thank you for your understanding.

3. How much does it cost and are there additional fees? 
               For E-Commerce Store Fronts and Online Portfolio, pricing starts at $350 USD and may increase depending on the scope of additional services required. Pricing may also vary during promotional periods. 

               A $100 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance upon project completion.

                Please note, GNV Design fees are separate from the fees charged by Shopify and Showit. You will have to purchase a plan either on Shopify and Showit, each platform offer their own monthly or yearly plans, domain fees and website layouts fees that can be purchased additionally.

                Digital Flyers and Ads are $20 USD. Digital Invitations are $50 USD. No deposit is required for this service. Turnaround time is 24–48 hours. Simply complete the Contact Us form with the information you'd like included. Once I receive your information, I'll create a draft and send it to you for review. After you approve the final draft, I'll send you an invoice. Once payment has been received in full, you'll receive the final copy.

                 Social Media Content, Strategist, Management prices are customized quotes based on the services needed, scope of work, content volume, platforms, and overall goals. 

4. What does the E-Commerce Store Fronts and Online Portfolio service includes?
              All services includes: 

• Basic store setup (Standard Pages)
• Website Layouts (Free or Premium Options Available on Shopify/Showit)
• Up to 5 products/service packages added
• Payment Setup (Applicable to Shopify Only)
• Logo Set Up, QR Code Set Up
• Social Media Links Set Up
• Domain connection (Domain Purchase is an additional separate fee)
• 2 revision
• 3–5 business day turnaround (begins once the contract has been signed, the deposit and all required information has been received)
• Optional: Maintenance/Support (monthly updates, content changes, etc.) — $100/month

5. What does the Social Media Content, Strategist, Management Services include:
               All services includes: 
    • Content creation & planning
    • Social media strategy
    • Content calendars
    • Caption writing & hashtag strategy
    • Graphic & visual content
    • Reels & short-form video content
    • Social media scheduling & posting
    • Account management & engagement

6.  What do you need from me to get started? 
                Once you decide the service you need. You will receive an in depth email with more information. I will need a few things such as access to your Shopify, Showit or Social Media accounts, information about your business, branding materials, images, and any additional content you'd like included on your website.  

7.  What is your refund policy?
                 Due to the nature of the digital product, all sales are final.
